Passenger Policies
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium experience for everyone, we ask all guests to review and adhere to the following guidelines during their journey.
Vehicle Conduct & Care
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
No illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Excessive cleaning due to spills, bodily fluids, smoke, or damage may result in additional charges.
Safety & Accessibility
Children requiring car seats or booster seats must have one provided by the parent or guardian.
For safety reasons, we cannot transport passengers who cannot safely enter or exit the vehicle without assistance. Our vehicle is not wheelchair accessible or equipped for passengers with significant mobility limitations.
Service may be refused to passengers who are visibly intoxicated, pose a safety risk, or engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
Airport & Scheduling
Airport pickups include reasonable flight tracking.
Customers should notify JetGirlGo Travel & Transit as soon as possible regarding flight delays or itinerary changes.
Personal Belongings
JetGirlGo Travel and Transit is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings.
Reasonable efforts will be made to return recovered items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
